The MMUH will offer maternity, children’s and inpatient adult facilities to half a million people across the Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust region.

The work consists of eight capital projects, most of which will run concurrently, with a number being COVID-19 related. The aim of the projects is to transform patient flow, boost the work environment and enhance the experience and care provided to patients. One of the largest projects being a £3.7M maternity unit upgrade, including a new two-story, 326 sqm extension, which will house two new maternity operating theatres, and a rooftop plantroom.

The first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years; Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.

Marking a significant milestone in the revitalisation of our nuclear power industry, Hinkley Point C will make a major contribution to the UK’s move to reduce carbon emissions. The electricity generated by its two EPR reactors will offset 9 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions a year, or 600 million tonnes over its 60-year lifespan.

A multi-million pound redevelopment project to create new galleries, a learning centre, collections storage, a library and visitor facilities, with a vision of creating a cultural destination at the heart of Dorset’s community.

As part of the wide-ranging redevelopment project, Unitrunk was chosen as the supplier of cable management solutions on account of their extensive range of rapid installation products. Unitrunk trunking, UniKlip cable tray, Speedway ladder, Intelok channel and accessories were installed at the Dorset County Museum. Unitrunk products reliably and efficiently prioritise engineers’ time on site due to time saving designs, which are easy to assemble and install.

The project involved replacing a tired 1980’s office building with a contemporary and efficient five-story office block and basement car parking facilities, with the capacity to accommodate future growth plans.

The vision for the design, was to provide a high quality architecturally designed office building, that meets modern workplace expectations, providing both open plan and cellular office space, while being responsive to its location in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Dublin Landings, located in Dublin’s docklands, has become the commercial heart of the Irish capital. Boasting over 1 million sq. ft. of office, residential and commercial space, the area is home to global giants such as Google and Facebook, as well as a new community of budding entrepreneurs.

The Tropical Fruit Warehouse, Dublin, dates back to the late 19th century. The industrial warehouse has been lovingly restored creating 80,000 sq. ft of exceptional office space.

It is now home to a range of innovative global companies who enjoy the beautiful views over the River Liffey and the Dublin skyline.

Cherrywood TC2 consists of two apartment blocks with a total of 431 units, retail and communal space on the ground floors totaling circa 37,500 sq.m., over a basement car park. TC2 is located within South Dublin’s newly established town of Cherrywood. The €1bn mixed-use development is currently the largest urban development in Ireland.

Three new border control posts are coming to the Humber ports in a £47 million investment.

Spen Valley Leisure Centre is located in Liversedge and will be the new rebuild of the old Spenborough Pool.

The Leisure Centre has been designed to be a modern, fit for purpose, flexible activity hub.

Included in the centre will be 2 pools, 1 8 lane, 25-meter, 1 learner pool, a large fitness suite and other facilities.

Quintain’s 85 acre development in North West London has secured outline planning permission consent for 10.3m sq. ft. of mixed-use development. This has included 8,400 new homes to date.
